The 4 Legged Stool Rule

The 4 Legged Stool Rule

Stools have a tendency to fall over without 3 or 4 legs. The same goes for investing in property:

For example:

  • Leg one is the Solicitor
  • Leg two is the Accountant
  • Leg three is the Mortgage Provider
  • Leg Four is the Property Manager

Remember, removing one leg can make it a bit wobbly, and removing two – it just falls over. The seat makes the stool by connecting all the legs together in order for the whole group to work.

My position as your Coach, Mentor, Guide, is that of the seat. Helping you put all the parts together.
