Your accountant, solicitor, property adviser have no emotional ties to you or your property, so they can give you unemotional, unbiased help when purchasing your investment property.
You don’t know what you don’t know.
Even if you ask the right questions, do you understand the answers. Who’s right, who’s wrong? Is what you’re being told a load of old cobblers.
This is a very expensive journey, so invest a few dollars in getting good advice.
